These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, account, wallet-based services, document and image processing tools, and related services provided through this platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate and current information while creating or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend or restrict an account where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

2. Services

The Platform may provide digital tools including background removal, watermark/object removal, image upscaling, image enhancement, passport-photo formatting, PDF conversion, OCR, PDF compression, PDF/image conversion, image compression, resizing and format conversion, as well as other services that may be introduced from time to time.

Some services may use automated, AI-assisted, third-party, or cloud-based processing. Output quality may vary depending on the input file, format, resolution, language, document structure, and processing technology.

3. Paid Services and Wallet

• Applicable charges will be shown before a paid service is submitted for processing.
• A service charge may be deducted from your wallet when you confirm/use the service.
• You must maintain sufficient wallet balance for a paid service.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, bypass, reverse, or interfere with wallet deductions or payment systems.

4. User-Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for files, images, documents, text, and other content that you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to process the content through the Platform.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or intended to facilitate identity theft, impersonation, forgery, or other illegal activity.

5. Digital Outputs

Generated files are provided for the purpose selected by the user. Automated processing can produce inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on it, submitting it to an authority, printing it, publishing it, or using it for any important purpose.

6. Official Documents and Government Use

The Platform is not a government department or government authority unless a particular service is expressly identified as such through an official authorization. The Platform does not guarantee acceptance of generated documents by any government department, bank, employer, institution, or other third party.

7. Prohibited Use

• Fraud, identity theft, impersonation, forgery, or document manipulation for unlawful purposes.
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the Platform or another user's account.
• Using the Platform to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempting to obtain services without paying applicable charges.
• Automated abuse, scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to bypass technical limits.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party dependencies, network problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Refunds

Refunds and reversals are handled according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A completed digital service that has successfully delivered the requested output may generally not be eligible for a refund solely because the user changed their mind.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the Platform and may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when services, laws, technology, or business practices change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
